Experience

We are pioneers and early adopters (since 2010) in developing MEC and MEC Plus related plans back in (original member of the advisory board of Pan American Life who invented the MEC Plan) 

Independence 

Our relationship with you (broker) is collaborative and free of obligation or exclusivity. We are totally independent and not beholding to any carrier or plan sponsor

Compensation

All compensation (for our services) comes through overrides allocated through the carrier/plan sponsor’s discretionary funds. These overrides have no effect on broker commissions or employer premiums. 

Because we are compensated by a third party, all of our services are free and unlimited to you and your client

Scope of Services

When asked, we can provide (1) Product recommendations and review (2) Strategy and training to you, the broker, the employer client and all support staff (3) We can also suggest sales strategies and tools to acquire new clients.
