Our Vision
At Hammett Consulting, we help brokers and their employer clients navigate ACA compliance with clarity, confidence, and cost control. We specialize in industries where compliance risks are high and traditional benefits often fall short; hospitality, assisted living, agriculture, food service, retail, and other hourly or low‑wage sectors.
We provide brokers with free coaching, plan evaluations, quoting support, and compliance insight so they can deliver stronger outcomes for their groups without disrupting existing relationships or compensation. Our role is to simplify MEC, MVP, and GAP strategies, reduce penalty exposure, and improve enrollment and plan performance.
Our approach is consultative, transparent, and always broker‑centric. We exist to help brokers and employers make sense of ACA requirements and unlock better value from their benefit strategies with solutions that are practical, compliant, and built for real‑world challenges.
